My fitness journey began early—throwing thousands of kicks on the bag while training for the Junior Olympics in Taekwondo, then hitting the weight room in high school to bulk up for football. That drive never stopped.

For over twenty years in the modeling industry, staying camera-ready year-round has been a must. Now, part of my cardio includes chasing after my two little girls—proof that fitness evolves with life.

No matter where you’re starting from or what your goals are, we’ll build a plan that fits you and gets you where you want to be.

I work with people of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to seasoned gym-goers, and I focus on building healthy habits that actually stick. No crash diets, no extreme routines. I believe in smart training, balanced nutrition, and encouragement.

I currently train out of Evo Gyms, a warm, welcoming, and inclusive studio thats well equipped with plenty of free space, and the latest strength and cardio equipment.
